It's paved with small decisions that add up: the lack of mobility to do the things you once loved, the pain of regret, and worse. I previously said that relying on motivation puts you in the same place six months or a year from now. But actually, that's incorrect. The longer you wait, the harder it becomes to break free. Bad habits compound. Without accountability and a clear plan, you risk wasting more time and energy, which can affect your physical health, mental well-being, and relationships.
